Socratify is built and operated by Socratify AI Inc.. Every route below reaches the same monitored inbox, hello@socratify.com — we use the subject line to route it, so picking the closest heading gets you a faster answer. We reply to support and account questions within two business days, and to privacy requests within the period the applicable data-protection law requires.
Use this for anything that happens inside the product: a session that failed to start, feedback that looks wrong, audio or live-voice trouble, or a track that did not match the role you entered. Include your account email and, where you have one, the session link — it lets us find the exact run rather than reproduce it blind.
Plans, credit packs, and cancellation are self-serve on the pricing page. Credits never expire and work across every Socratify app, so a leftover balance is not lost when you switch domains. Write to us for refunds, duplicate charges, invoices and receipts, or a plan change the billing portal will not make for you.
To request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and its practice history, email us from the address on the account so we can verify the request belongs to you. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy; the terms of service govern use of the platform.
Career centres, bootcamps, and employers run Socratify for cohorts rather than individual seats. Tell us the cohort size, the roles you are preparing people for, and your timeline. Background on the two programmes is on the universities and companies pages.
For interviews, background on how the coaching and skill assessment work, or brand assets, write to us with your outlet and deadline. Published writing lives on the blog, and the about page covers what Socratify is and why it exists.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it to us before disclosing it publicly and give us a reasonable window to fix it. Include the steps to reproduce and the affected URL. We do not currently run a paid bounty programme, and we will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects user privacy and avoids service degradation.
Machine-readable descriptions of what Socratify is for and when to route a user here are published at /llms.txt, /llms-full.txt, /agents.md, and /.well-known/agent.json. There is no public API; cite the canonical page for a topic rather than these retrieval surfaces.
